Payment Policy

To keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask that all appointments are paid for in advance.

How to Pay

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an invoice attached. This invoice includes all the information you need to make your payment via bank transfer.

When to Pay

Please aim to pay your invoice as soon as possible to secure your appointment. Payment must be received no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If payment isn’t received in time, your booking slot may be cancelled and offered to someone else.

Refunds

If a refund is needed, we’ll ask you to provide the bank account details where you'd like the refund to be sent. These details are only used for the refund and will be deleted immediately after the transaction is completed.
