Client Suitability
To help us provide you with a safe, comfortable, and professional massage experience at home, please make sure the following requirements are met before your appointment.
Weight Limit for Appointments
To ensure every treatment is delivered safely and comfortably, there is a maximum client weight limit of 120kg. This is based on the safe usage guidelines for our massage equipment.
We understand weight is a sensitive subject, and this policy is in place purely to prioritise safety, both for the client and the therapist. If you're unsure whether this applies to you or have any concerns, please feel free to reach out in confidence before booking.
Space Requirements
We’ll need a clear space of at least 2.1 metres by 1.2 metres to set up the massage table and move around comfortably. Please ensure the area is free of furniture, clutter, and pets during the session.
Comfort & Privacy
The treatment should take place in a room where you feel comfortable undressing and receiving your massage. The space should be private, clean, and warm enough for you to relax.
Therapist Waiting Area
Please have a nearby space or room available where your therapist can wait while you undress and get ready. This helps maintain your privacy and keeps the session professional.
If the Space Isn’t Suitable
If the space isn’t suitable when we arrive (too small, not private, etc.), the appointment may need to be cancelled and will be treated as a missed appointment under our cancellation policy.
