Client Code of Conduct
To ensure that every massage session is safe, respectful, and beneficial, all clients of Fawx Massage Therapy are kindly asked to follow the guidelines below.
Respect and Behaviour
Clients are expected to treat the therapist with courtesy and respect at all times. Any inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful language or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.
Personal Hygiene
Please arrive clean and suitably prepared for your session. Good personal hygiene helps ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both the client and therapist.
Honest and Accurate Information
All clients must provide complete and accurate medical, health, and contact information when completing intake and pre-treatment forms. This is essential for delivering safe and effective massage therapy. If your health changes between appointments, please let us know before your next session.
Draping and Consent
Massage will always be carried out professionally, with appropriate draping used to protect your privacy. The therapist will clearly explain which areas will be worked on and will check your consent before beginning any treatment or adjusting drapes. You can withdraw consent at any time during the session.
Safe and Suitable Environment
If receiving mobile massage, clients must provide a clean, private space with sufficient room for the massage table and for the therapist to work safely. This space must also be appropriate for undressing and receiving massage. Please see our Treatment Space Policy for more details.
Attendance and Punctuality
Please be ready for your appointment on time. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time to avoid overrunning into the next session. If you cannot attend, please notify us in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
